💼The opportunity:
We are looking for a Key Account professional to manage and grow strategic relationships with our enterprise clients. In this role you will be responsible for driving long-term customer value, ensuring successful delivery across presales, delivery and post-sales phases, and collaborating closely with sales, delivery and product teams to identify expansion opportunities and mitigate risks.
💰RAL: 40K-50K + bonus
💻 Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management: Serve as the trusted advisor for assigned key accounts, building strong relationships with executive and technical stakeholders to understand business goals and align Agile Lab solutions.
Presales Collaboration: Work with the sales and solution teams to shape proposals, scope opportunities, and define commercial and technical approaches that meet client needs.
Delivery Oversight: Coordinate with project managers and delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the expected quality standards.
Customer Success & Retention: Own customer satisfaction, proactively address issues, ensure service continuity and drive adoption of delivered solutions.
Growth & Upselling: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services and products within assigned accounts, supporting commercial negotiations and handover to sales when required.
Governance & Reporting: Apply project management and governance practices to provide visibility on risks, KPIs and progress; produce regular status reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
🛠️ Requirements:
2+ years of experience in key accounting, customer success or strategic sales within IT, data or technology-driven environments.
Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and achieving retention and growth targets.
Commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation, forecasting and pipeline management.
Excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
Full professional proficiency in both Italian and English.
Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
