💼 The opportunity:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst I to join our team. You will support the understanding and interpretation of business needs, assisting in the design and implementation of analytical solutions. This will include collaborating with stakeholders to collect and document functional requirements, preparing and transforming data, and contributing to data flow implementation on Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDWH) systems or Data Lakes. A good command of SQL and an understanding of how to work with EDWH systems will be necessary.You will also contribute to the creation of data marts and dashboards that effectively represent information and KPIs extracted from the data.

💻 Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and senior team members to understand and translate functional requirements into clear analytical tasks.
- Support data flow implementation on EDWH or Data Lake environments to meet specific business requirements, helping identify and integrate necessary data sources.
- Assist in data cleaning and preparation activities to ensure data quality and reliability.
- Contribute to data quality processes and basic validation checks to maintain data integrity.
- Help develop simple data models and transformations for analysis and reporting.
- Work closely with dashboarding experts to build dashboards and reports that clearly communicate business KPIs and insights.
🛠️ Requirements:
- Knowledge of Italian language is required;
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Solid understanding of SQL and basic experience with relational databases or EDWH systems.
- Basic knowledge of Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in data analysis, data transformation, or reporting activities (internships or academic projects are considered).
- Knowledge of business processes in at least one of the following domains is a plus: insurance, telco, banking, or utilities.
- Understanding of data modeling and data visualization principles; experience with a BI tool is considered a plus.
