💼 The opportunity:

We are looking to recruit a talented Azure Data Platform Support to join our team.

💰 RAL:

€25K - €40K

💻 Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide first-level support on reporting delivery platforms based on both cloud and on-premises infrastructure;

• Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, with autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility;

• Monitoring: Perform system performance checks and proactively address issues;

• Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation on common issues and solutions;

• Collaborate with architects, software developers, and project stakeholders to ensure that the installation of new product releases and the introduction of new features occur smoothly and securely.

🛠️Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer Science;

• Previous experience as an Application Maintenance (+2 years);

• On-call availability;

• Learning Ability: Strong desire to learn and improve technical skills;

• Communication: Good written and oral communication skills.

🛠️Skills:

• Management & Support Tools;

ServiceNow: Experience with ticketing, incident handling, change management, and service requests. Be able to classify and manage SLAs. Track escalations and follow-ups

• Cloud (Microsoft Azure);

Knowledge of key Microsoft Azure services:

• Azure VMs, Azure Storage, Networking (basic understanging, resource monitoring);

• Azure Data Factory (pipeline monitoring, failure analysis);

• Databricks (basic understanding, job restarts);

• Azure Synapse (basic SQL access for guided data extraction);

• SQL Server (basic SQL access for guided data extraction);

• Azure Analysis Services, Customer Insights (basic usage, troubleshooting, access setup).

• Azure Portal: Confident navigation, resource management, alerts, and logs.

• Monitoring & Alerting.

Datadog:

• View dashboards and logs;

• Analyze alerts;

• Understand performance metrics.

Grafana:

• Read dashboards;

• Familiarity with metrics and alerting;

• No dashboard development, but capable of troubleshooting;

• CI/CD.

Jenkins

• Reading pipeline jobs, manual execution, re-run, log analysis.

• Basic handling of variables/env/parameters.

• Able to interpret errors and escalate relevant issues to developers.

• Reporting.

Power BI:

• Modify permissions when needed;

• Manage on-demand dataset refreshes.
