💼The opportunity:
We are looking for a Key Account Manager. In this role, you will own relationships with a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, ensuring long-term value realisation, adoption of our solutions and commercial growth. You will act as the trusted advisor for your accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams across presales, delivery and post-sales to deliver exceptional outcomes and identify expansion opportunities.
💰RAL: 60k-80k + bonus
💻 Responsibilities:
Account Strategy: Define and execute account plans that deliver business value, retention and revenue growth for each assigned client.
Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the single point of contact for executive and senior stakeholders, building trust and aligning Agile Lab’s offerings with customer objectives.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Product and Customer Success teams to ensure on-time, high-quality execution of projects and services.
Commercial Expansion: Identify upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities; lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions in partnership with the sales team.
Value Realisation & Reporting: Track and report on account KPIs, business outcomes and adoption metrics; communicate impact to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Risk Management: Proactively identify risks to delivery or relationship health and coordinate mitigation plans to protect account satisfaction and revenue.
Advocacy & Feedback: Capture customer feedback to influence product roadmap and service improvements; foster customer advocacy and case studies.
🛠️ Requirements:
5+ years of experience in key account management, customer success or strategic sales within IT, data or technology-driven environments.
Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and achieving retention and growth targets.
Strong stakeholder management and executive presence, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
Commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation, forecasting and pipeline management.
Familiarity with project delivery lifecycles and ability to coordinate technical and non-technical teams.
Excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
Full professional proficiency in both Italian and English.
Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
