💼 The opportunity
We are seeking an organized, precise, empathetic and dedicated People Admin Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is essential in providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting people and managing administrative tasks efficiently, loves data and Excel addicted.
We offer a fixed-term contract from October 2025 to May 2026, with the possibility of further evaluations for a future permanent placement.
💰RAL:
€28 - €33
💻 Responsibilities
- Manage the entire administrative employee lifecycle, from offer letter preparation to contract termination, included pre-hiring process (commitment, documents, Welcome Pack, shared management of employee files with Payroll Studio, etc.)
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure integration and necessary support for employees
- Operational interface with Payroll Studio for administrative management
- Data entry of files and notes in the folder shared with Payroll Studio
- Maintain and update employee records across systems, ensuring accuracy
- Perform monthly data analysis and reporting (e.g., headcount, gender breakdown, new hires, resignations)

Prepare regular reports and metrics for internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of the main elements that make up personnel costs (salary, contributions, fringe benefits, severance pay)
- Ability to calculate personnel costs
- Solid understanding of at least the CCNL Commercio national collective agreement
- Ability to read and interpret payslips
- Knowledge of travel/work assignment regulations
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations
- Excellent command of Excel, in particular functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables (daily use for data processing and reporting)
- Experience in interfacing with external consultants for procedures and obligations
🛠️ Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field;
- Previous experience as a People Admin Support (2-4 years);
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in Italian and proficiency in English;
- Time management and prioritization: ability to organize workload, establish priorities, and meet deadlines;
- A true enthusiasm for data analysis, reporting, and related activities.
