💼 The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic initiatives for our clients. This role involves gathering stakeholder requirements, enabling effective collaboration between technical and business domains, ensuring alignment with our high-quality standards, and maintaining initiative profitability.
💻 Responsibilities
As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will:
- Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into actionable plans for the project team;
- Define and manage project delivery plans;
- Coordinate and engage multiple stakeholders, supporting both clients and tech leads in setting priorities and managing team dynamics;
- Monitor and control initiative P&L;
- Act as a strategic partner for the client, identifying new opportunities for innovation and collaboration;
- Promote continuous validation of needs and solutions in close alignment with product discovery teams;
- Foster a collaborative, supportive working environment across the project team;
- Represent Agile Lab and embody our values in all client and internal interactions.
🛠️ Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (we also consider candidates with equivalent experience in lieu of formal education);
- Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in technical project management or related roles;
- Strong skills in product management and Agile methodologies;
- Deep understanding of digital platform development environments;
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal abilities;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have:
- Product management certifications (e.g., CSPO, PSPO);
- Agile/Project Management certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, PMI).
